Equi-Line Consignment Policy
We do not currently require an appointment to bring things in for consignment. If you are out of the area and wish to ship saddles or other items for consignment, please call the store at 719-495-8906 during store hours. Please read the following:
SADDLES: We accept English, Western and Australian Saddles in clean and good condition. A $10 cleaning charge will be added to dirty saddles! Our consignment fee is 25% with the consignor receiving 75% of the selling price or a minimum charge of $40.00.
TACK: We accept most tack, bits and accessories. Items must be clean and in good condition or they will not be accepted. Our consignment fee is 40% with the consignor receiving 60% of the selling price. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 per item sold.
CLOTHING: We accept most English and Western riding apparel. All items must be clean and pressed, no stains, holes, missing buttons and must be of current style or they will not be accepted. Our consignment fee is 50% with the consignor receiving 50% of the selling price. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 per item sold.

- All items will be priced by Equi-Line unless requested prices are noted when dropping items off. All consignment items must be left at Equi-Line for a minimum of 60 days. All requests for items to be PICKED UP must be made 2 days in advance.
- All items (excluding saddles) are sold at the listed price during the first 30 days. After 30 days of the date of consignment contract, Equi-Line has the authority to reduce the item to 20% off of the original price and after 5 months the item will be reduced to 50% off.
- It is the consignors responsibility to check on consigned items and to keep Equi-Line informed of any changes in their address and/or phone numbers. Items are kept for 6 months. You must pick up all items/checks by the due date on the front page of your contract or they will be donated.
- All consigned items sold are paid monthly and checks are to be picked up by the consignor. Checks for consignments sold the previous month are ready on the 15th for pick up Mon-Fri during business hours. Arrangements can be made for pick up on weekends by calling ahead. All checks requested to be mailed will be charged a $2 mailing fee and are mailed after the 20th of each month.
